Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for most items within 30 days of purchase, provided that the item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Certain products, such as perishable goods, personalized items, and gift cards, are non-returnable and non-refundable.


Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at returns@perfumevip.click within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number must be included with your returned item.

  3. Packaging and Shipping: Securely package the item(s) to ensure they are not damaged during the return shipment. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).

  4. Processing: After receiving your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund within 5-7 business days.


Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

  • Partial Refunds: If the item is returned used, damaged, or missing parts, a partial refund may be issued, reflecting the condition of the returned item.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including the cost of return shipping. Please provide clear photos of the damaged or defective item to expedite the process.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Opened or used fragrance bottles (for hygiene reasons)
